Low Carb Turkey Avocado Melts

Today I made myself these fabulous low carb Turkey Avocado Melts for lunch!

I am going to share with you the recipe, here's what you will need:

2 small low carb Tortilla shells.
4 slices Turkey Sandwich Meat
2 slices mild Cheddar Cheese
1/2 avocado, sliced
3 slices medium tomato
8 sandwich dill pickles
sprouts; optional
Mayonnaise
Mustard
salt
1 1/2 Tbsp. Garlic butter or regular butter

Melt 1/2 tbsp garlic butter in a 12 inch skillet or an electric skillet. Fry the sandwich turkey on medium-low until slightly browned on both sides, remove. Next add another 1/2 tbsp of garlic butter and grill one of the tortilla shells until browned. When finished on the first side flip over and place two turkey slices on shell and place on slice of cheese over half of the shell. This is to make it easier to fold it over.

Fry until the cheese begins to soften and melt. Remove, cover the other half of the shell that is not covered with cheese with mayonnaise and mustard. Next add the tomato on top of the cheese, salt the tomato. Top the tomato with avocado, pickles and sprouts.



Fold the sauce side over onto the veggie side. Repeat the same process as above with the other tortilla shell. enjoy!
