Low Carb Yogurt and Cranberry Almond Bar Morning Snack

On a working day I usually start my day out with my typical berry green drink shake.

That means by mid morning I am ready for a snack.

I usually get a break in the morning at work so I pack one of my favorite mid-morning on the go snacks;

Dannon Light and Fit Carb and Sugar Control Yogurt and an Atkins  Cranberry Almond Snack Bar.

My personal favorite Dannon Light and Fit is the vanilla flavor. The only other flavor available is Strawberry, which I occasionally go for. Each 4 oz. cup has only 3 grams of carbs.

And The Cranberry Almond Snack bar is absolutely delicious.  They actually have several snack and meal bars that I love but this one is my favorite, seconded by the Chocolate Peanut Butter Pretzel, which has a delicious sweet, salty flavor.



This snack is a great on the go option that is easy to throw into your lunch bag or purse for a mid morning snack.
